copy to peace@mind-at-peace.net
Include any other information about yourself, your practice or your expectations
on an additional sheet of paper and include it with the Registration Form.
We will confirm your registration within 7 days. Please register as early as
possible before your arrival (at least 30 days prior).
We cannot guarantee space for you without a confirmed registration.
